A direct referral is made when you send your friend's contact informaiton directly to the business. Your friend may not even know they were referred. This type of referral is recommended only if you know your friend is interested in the business you are referring.
Once they have been referred, your friend will recieve an email and text message with the special offer. They can reach out to the business for additional information, an estimate or an appointment.
If they become a new customer, you earn rewards!
